Customer Care - Dallas, Irving, TX

Elizabeth provided great customer service which made my experience trouble free.

She was amazing . I wish I could get her every time. I was very very very pleased and she was so polite and explained everything Perfectly and didn't mind giving me details of my escrow.

I currwntly have been working on getting my escrow refund for 6 weeks now. I moved and never got the first check . I called at the end of January to update my address and have been told 3 times that a check has been sent and will get to me...

Customer service rep was friendly and addressed my concern regarding my loan

Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
