Just confused with two recent transfers of our loan with Primer for three years tgen one month with Westbanco all if of a sudden BSI confusing providing all info

Although I was not able to add Auto Pay on line, Mr Garcia was very gracious and took all my information and implemented the AutoPay for my account

This unpleasant experience happened because you let an insurance company charge for an unapproved policy.

She answer my question and was able to help.me.out with this pass balance that was already paid for but still.reflect on it.

Very professional! Issues with previous mortgage company sending parent that was made Before transfer.

I was concerned about how to set up auto pay on my loan, that my former bank sold to BSI. He walked me through the process, and was patient and understanding to this old lady! I very much appreciated it! You should give him a raise!
