As this purchase was for a property out of town, I needed timing and communication to be punctual and intentional. I felt it was not. My valuable time was disregarded the days leading up to my closing.

My client repeatedly asked for additional items needed before the close and didn't receive responses until the day before and day of close. Truly not the experience for clients that are new or old to purchasing property.

Nic is great to work with and easy to get in contact with if something is needed.

Being a fist time using a loan company, we were able to ask questions and talk with everyone. They helped us so much in our time together. I highly recommend New American Funding, along with Nick Fendig and his group.
