subject property to finance was a VA foreclosure & not the best to keep up with all the changes, etc so some of my answers reflect this; had to extend closing more than once due to seller waiting on certain docs needed in order to close.. sometimes...

He is great help I closed early this month and he is still in contact with me making sure i I don't need anything this was the customer service. I was looking for very refreshing
