Basically I am a bit of a procrastinator but Michael and his team keep on top of things and are promp, so much that I would probably fall behind and not get things done if they were not persistent.

It was not reassuring to get a call from my loan team, stating that I didnt have enough money to get a mortgage a week from my closing. As well as having some key financial numbers just wrong.
