James and team were there with us every step of the way. The entire team is always available and will willing to answer questions. Not only are they friendly and welcoming, they are also really good at what they do.
James did a good job of keeping me informed of the process and keeping in touch.
Made it an easy process to get our home!
James patiently walked us through the purchase of our first home and made sure we both understood the numbers. Synergy One also added great personal touches to the transaction that I won't spoil here but were lovely. :)
It would have made it better if once escrow had occurred in the early morning that loan funding had occurred on the same day. It took another 24 hours before funding occurred. James was very apologetic for the delay.
Better transaction if there was more honesty to support initial sales pitch, transparency, attention to details, lack of staff rudeness. James was selling one product, did not truly take customer needs into account.
