Great communication and was quick to get stuff done
This is my first home purchase and New American was the only entity that really helps me and actually went through the fl process with me. 100% recommended

The closing was a bit more dramatic than it needed to be, but that is not a reflection on Jake Stanley or Johnathan Ray
Jake was quickly responsive to any questions we had along the way. He followed up with every step of the process. Jake has a great attitude and was a pleasure to work with.
Jake explained every step of the way and I really felt he was in my corner throughout the whole process. Also, anytime we had any sort of question, Jake was incredibly fast at getting back to us with an answer. Very awesome work Jake!
Jake was an outstanding loan office. He helped me with every detail. I highly recommend him. I'd definitely work with him again.
Constant and quick communication
Jake was incredibly responsive and it was helpful because processing was very difficult to get messages back in a timely manner, but my realtor and I always knew we could get an answer from Jake.
We received regular updates on the status of our approval as well as the status of the closing process. Jake was polite and helpful with any questions the entire way!
