were at a low point and weren't sure we were gonna be able to get a loan with our credit, and Jacob immediately reassured us and walked us through the process in a friendly and comforting way. Jacob was awesome!

I felt like when my loan got transferred from Jacob to Chad for the processor side is when things went downhill the communication was lacking and then when I got stern because I was getting zero communication I was told he didn't like that...

Everyone did their part and although all players weren’t as punctual as others we made it to the finish line all together and that’s what matters most.
The entire process from beginning to end was simple and stress free. I felt valued as a customer. I will definitely recommend NAF and Jake without a doubt.

It was a smooth experience in my experience, I was the seller's agent but I can say that the hybrid closing package made closing day a breeze.
Jake was very responsive whenever my client or myself reached out to him. He was able to close our deal in a timely manner.
