This was the first time buying a home for us and Jake and all the staff at NAF that helped us along the made this a great overall experience. All staff was very informative and answered any and all question that we had in a timely manner.

It's sometimes difficult as the seller's agent to have 100% confidence in the lending side of a transaction, since we typically don't know exactly what's going on, on the buying-side. Jake kept me informed during every step of the lending process....

Thank you for sharing your experience you had with New American Funding. Customer satisfaction is our main priority and your feedback is greatly appreciated.
If we had been info that there was a limit on how much money we could deposit at 1 time we could have closed more than a month earlier. But we didn't find out about the limit until it was too late. By then we had to wait 60 days for our money...
