Eric Cotter was born and raised in Buffalo, New York, and has called Central Florida home for over 40 years. A former collegiate swimmer, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Risk Management and Insurance from Florida State University.
With more than 25 years in the mortgage industry, Eric was promoted in September 2025 to Florida Region Operations and Sales Manager at Waterstone Mortgage. Previously a top-producing Senior Mortgage Advisor, he earned President's Club honors for ten consecutive years.
Eric is passionate about leadership, mentorship, and building high-performing teams. Outside of work, he enjoys fitness, BBQ, college football, and competitive swimming with USMS.
