Disappointed that buy down didn't lower interest rate more. Thought we didn't have to do escrow impounds, only discovered in the 12th hour not available due to our downpayment ratio. Communication and timely responses were very good 👍

With more than 25 years in the mortgage industry, Eric was promoted in September 2025 to Florida Region Operations and Sales Manager at Waterstone Mortgage. Previously a top-producing Senior Mortgage Advisor, he earned President's Club honors for ten consecutive years.
Eric is passionate about leadership, mentorship, and building high-performing teams. Outside of work, he enjoys fitness, BBQ, college football, and competitive swimming with USMS.
