David was thorough in his communication, encouraging when things were tough and I felt supported throughout the process.
The entire process was comfortable and professional David feels like a friend
David kept me informed all the way. The only problem we had is that I had to do all the work for the appraiser by taking a lot of pictures etc. I do know that COVID had a lot to do with it, but still it was a hassle.
David encouraged lots of questions and thoroughly answered those we came up with.
The experience was smooth from start to finish
David was a pleasure to talk to, he explained things so you could understand.
