Communication was not great. Not very open about the process. We never spoke on the phone to go over what cost we were looking for as far as monthly payments or anything. Was kept in the dark about alot of things.
Communication was excellent. Checked in weekly just to see if any questions. They are good people, reduced my stress because they really know what they are doing.
