Ryan communicated at every step of the process, and so did the rest of his team. Everything went very smoothly on my end, and I feel that he got me the best possible outcome at closing.
The communication was lacking for me. I understand this is what you guys do everyday, but this is only the second time we've bought a house so just explaining in a 2 sentence email before just sending us new documents would have been nice....
