Change was due to VA not Theri.
Still disappointed & not real clear on why 15 year morgage w/ lower interest was more expensive. but other than that great support & thanks for all the help

Some things were out of Jeff's control, like the extended process with underwriting.The constant back and forth with new updates to documents (pay stubs, etc) began to wear on us.I was disappointed at not being given the full (original) amount...
