I’m Carlos Ramos, a Mortgage Loan Officer with Guild Mortgage local to Tri Cities, and helping homebuyers anywhere in Washington. I have worked in mortgage lending since October 2021 and am also licensed in California and Montana. I especially enjoy helping first-time homebuyers who may not think they can qualify, veterans, and buyers building real estate portfolios. I specialize in WSHFC and down payment assistance programs, first-time homebuyer specialty programs, and VA loans.
