The process in the beginning was straight forward and quick, especially during the pre approval phase. Brittani and Lauren were very easy to communicate and work with and we appreciated them.

Really just brittani being responsive and great. Made the whole process more tolerabl. feels like we had to give the same i formation to multiple people which was a hassle but brittani was great

They stayed on top of everything to make sure I got everything I needed to close on my house as quickly as possible. They were almost always available to answer questions and quick to respond.
