We ended the phone call with Yoranne telling me she had to speak to somoene else about the issue I brought up, and that she'd get back to me the same day. This was a week ago. I have receieved no follow-up calls since then.

Yoranne unstood what i needed and took care of it.

Yoranne was professional and nice but did not understand my concerns. My take is that she needs more training and knowledge plus listening to the customer more closely.
