Tosh was amazing to work with. He was quick to respond to any questions and kept us informed through the entire experience.
The entire loan process was clearly explained, Tosh and Jennifer were excellent, courteous and made me feel like a valued client.
The only complaint was the amount of account verification due to long wait to close. Sending monthly financial info was a lot.
Some items needed by the UW was unnecessary. For example, proof that the deposit from IRS refund was mine and not someone else. IRS would NEVER and I repeat NEVER direct deposit another person check in another person account. You either have...
