Tosh - He's the BEST! Period.
Fast. Efficient. Knowledgeable. The Guild team worked diligently to assist throughout the entire lending process. We (buyer/agent) were extremely impressed with the communication, service, and care that we received.
Working with Tosh and his team was the easiest part of the entire home buyiing process.
Tosh was always on top of things and answered all the questions and concerns we had throughout the buying process. He got us a competitive rate. He communicated with us the entire time and we were never left guessing what was next.

You closed us much sooner than our close date and the process was very efficient. I've closed properties as much as 1 week ahead of time but never 2 weeks ahead. It was amazing you were able to get it done!
