Sheri was great at keeping me up to date on the borrowing process and got me an excellent rate through the OHFA program. I wouldn't have been able to get my house without her!

Communication could've been a lot better. There were several times we weren't on the same page and some things didn't get communicated to us very well. I also had to reset my password everytime I tried to log into loan butler on my phone .

There was never a moment where Sheri wasn't in the loop with me and what needed to be done! I was blessed I got Sheri as a loan officer, it was all so smooth. Couple bumps in the road but nothing Sheri couldn't work out! She's EXCELLENT!!!!...
