The Process was made very prompt and made easy for us to transition into our new home.
The knowledge and communication and direction
Shad just made the whole process understandable and was very patient with my questions and concerns generally. Just a very pleasant person to work with as were his assistants.
At every step, this long process was friendly; the staff was patient and informative; Shad even called us personally from time to time just to reassure us that everything was proceeding as planned.
We appreciated the on going communication during what is a stressful situation. The website made it easy to submit documents through out the whole process.
