Everything was handled in a timely and professional manner. The staff was friendly and we felt they were looking out for our best interest.
It was a long process with some things we had to work out on our end, but Sebrena went the extra mile for us to get it done.
More communication including responding to emails in a timely manner. Some times I had to call and stop by because of lack of response.
I have worked with Sebrena now on two major mortgage scenarios and she’s always super helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to respond!

What I love most about my job is helping people achieve their dream of being a home owner. The best feeling in the world is being able to complete a mortgage for someone who never thought they could buy their own home. There is a misconception in our communities that it’s easier to rent than to buy. Please give me the opportunity to show you how easy it would be to own your home.
