Great communication, knowledge, and patience explaining complicated topics.
Worked with us trying to get the best rate possible. Shelby was timely and professional.
Very timely answers with questions once she recieved all my paperwork she gave me a closing date and it never got pushed back! She was there with any questions i had and very honest

She was great. Always maintained open communication with us and got all of the paperwork done super fast. She was fun to work with and she was always making sure that we understood everything and knew what it would all cost in the end.
