Overall everything went well. The week of closing everything was hectic and crazy, the day before closing was less than great but Sarah pushed and got everything ready for closing.

It came down to the very last day. And Sarah and Fidelty National Title were able to get it done and meet the closing date. Communication is key Proof of the loan info was provided in writing before closing
