Difficult file. There was a merger in the middle of my clients process that created a cluster. The file was given to Michael to complete. I did not have direct communication, however we still managed to close only a couple days late.
The team was exceptional!!! They answered all my questions and were very honest about everything. They never once left me in the dark!
