    Tia was awesome to work with! She was easy to communicate with, always provided updates on the progress of the loan, and she closed the loan on time even with a shorter than normal escrow window. Thank you Tia!

    I never spoke with Matt. He had the buyer for my seller. We had to extend twice and then once closing was scheduled at 3 yesterday, I received a call from the agent at 4:40pm that they were still waiting for documents at the title company....
