This was a DSCR loan for an investment property and Megan was extremely knowledgeable and the process was smooth with no surprises. Megan's communication and the updates from the loan butler were very much appreciated!

Wish that we kept more in the loop of things. Our appraisal was delayed because of income verification which if someone would have reached out to me I could have had it done same day as I did when it was brought to my attention
Jason was amazing to work with! He answered all of our questions, and made the process super easy for my husband and I!
Sam went above and beyond. She kept us in line when we needed to turn things in. We enjoyed working with Sam, as she was great with explaining everything in detail.
