Ruoff Mortgage rates 2 stars only because of their 5-star loan officer, Brittany Eckerle. Without her, zero stars would be representative of my experience with Ruoff. We had sufficient assets to buy the house we were mortgaging twice over....

The whole experience was quick, efficient, and easy to understand. Any questions I had were answered promptly.
