Phil is efficient and easy-going, and he gets the job done. He communicates well and is responsive to questions and concerns. He doesn't judge driver's license photos.
Working with Jim was great! As first time home buyers he walked us through everything and made hard stuff completely understandable. We would absolutely recommend working Jim.
Kelly was extremely knowledgeable and was able to give me good advise on the best way to approach qualifying for my loan. The closing ran into a snag because the documents were not created in the name of my Living Trust and they had to be recreated....
