Very good communication all the way around. The only negative was that they software for uploading documents and information seemed a little wonky at times.

Charlie was always available to ans any questions and patiently explained any items I did not understand. Would work with him again and recommend to my closest friends and family. The rest of the team at 1st Security were great as well.
