I have one suggestion, when loan documents are sent please send a heads up email so we know to be looking for the docs. At times Office 365 stops emails containing docs in the filters. If we know we have docs coming and we do not receive them,...

They are all friendly and nice people. Their responses are fast. That makes me trust them.
