Kathy was more than efficient, she was amazing! However, I would have liked to have been consulted by both Lender and Buyer as to which Title Company to choose for him and Seller; I felt as though we were pushed in that area, decided for us....

Kathy was extremely easy to work with and explained everything as the process went on. Kathy made buying a first home stress free!
