John was incredibly knowledgeable, understanding, patient, and friendly throughout the entire mortgage process. He took the time to answer all our questions and made everything feel much less stressful.

I think there was miscommunication between everyone and it made things confusing. Mostly it was just communication style.

The whole experience was GREAT!
