He immediately identified the issue and explained it to me so that I could understand what he was saying. Very polite.

Alanna was very pleasant to speak to she was able to answer all my questions and made plan for hwr supervisor to call me back to discuss the difference that we couldn't figure out but I have not received any call as of yet.

Erika was very patient and understanding ,as I was very concerned and confused about my issue .She explained itslowly and carefully ,so then understood the situation

I received an answer that I wasn't past due. Email went out that shouldn't have.
