I was satisfied with my experience.

Desiree was super nice and very helpful .

Elizabeth was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Give her a raise!

Elizabeth Tan was good the problem was that my mortgage payment hasn't been adjusted yet , so I am waiting for the Loss Mitigation Department to call me back.

I should have been able to switch payments on line. I was not able so I had to call BS I.

Offer fresh coffee.

Profesional

She reassured me there were no penalties for paying extra or paying off the loan early. She sounded confident and checked my account quickly. She was very efficient.

He was polite and courteous.

Listened to why I was calling and the detals and fulfill my request and not assume it's just another customer paying the same way. Although she died fix her mistake it was a very stressful call and a waste of my lunch time from work.
