Customer Care Rep was not able to answer my questions and when I asked to speak to a supervisor they said all supervisors were in a meeting but one would call me back. I never received a call back.

I called a number of time so I am not really sure who Italked to everytime. But everytime I called I got a different answer regarding the fact that my payment was posted late. Since the problem was not identified a solution cannot be determined....
