I called a number of time so I am not really sure who Italked to everytime. But everytime I called I got a different answer regarding the fact that my payment was posted late. Since the problem was not identified a solution cannot be determined....

Haven was able to resolve my issue in a timely manner.

Needed to make my mrtg payment. My loan was now serviced with BSI no longer Premier bank Premier allowed me a 15 day grace and I appreciate that same treatment with BSI thank you Dan Bahinski 1445 Rosehedge ct Poland Oh 44514

It wasn't a bad experience. The customer care agent was very helpful. I will be able to give better feedback once my issue is resolved.
