Multiple calls made to resolve issue. Every payment since BSI took over my account has been made on time yet you continue to send me late notices.

She explained why the biweekly payments just hang unapplied until the second payment is made. She also upped my principal payment each payment.I would not recommend BSI due to the fact the bi-weekly payments do NOT get applied against the principle...
