By contacting customer regarding escrow funds rather than mailing the check to the customer; then the customer mails the check back to BSI. A lot of unnecessary transactions.

Although this call was okay. Last time I called The inquirer about getting the PMI removed. She told that that she would put the request in.

I had an issue with a previous rep not explaining things. Dylan was able to clear things up quickly and get my issues resolved and answered
