The easy to use online loan application was useful to check updates and upload documents. Trudi was consistent with communication & outlining the loan process. From start to finish, it was a smooth process!
Justin was quick to respond to all our questions and explained things simply so we could understand all the options and make the best choices for our family!
Communication and time efficiency was excellent!
Lindsey was so tentative to our needs. She handled everything so timely we couldn’t have asked for it to go more smoothly!
