Explanation if the process was clear and precise. Documents to review and sign were easily accessible in the app. My loan officer was super knowledgeable and helpful.
Amy has a unique, warm and professional demeanor. I felt I was a top priority every step of the way. It’s not always the case and Amy’s attention to detail and her explanations were clear & so helpful!
