The speed at which the whole process went. Everything was strait forward and very simple. Trudi made it so easy to navigate and always answered questions that I had.

That everything can be done from your cell phone fast and easy asl long as you are on WiFi if a big file comes across it sometimes didn’t want to load on the app so you’d have to go onto the email and load through the internet
