Brittany was great to work with getting a mortgage. The process went smoothly with no surprises. The Ruoff website was easy to use to get them all the information and documents that they needed.

Brittany was great. The whole process went smoothly. She informed me about what type of documents or type of infromation that was needed. I felt that she had my best interest from the begining to the end with the mortgage process.
