The patience tha I was able to get from Phil and Andrew to he me get through the process and never getting tired of helping me with the things that I didn't know how to do
He was on top of everything and he almost always answered his phone! If he couldnt answer he would call me right back. He always got me the answers to my questions in a quick manner.
