Eric was great with follow ups and ensuring the process was smooth. He stayed in close communication and made sure we understood each step. We had some hiccups and he went above and beyond to get us to the finish line.

Todd was great! The underwriting team was a little slow. Understandable though as it was during Christmas holidays. But would of like quicker responses from underwriting and little bit of work on weekend as close was on Monday.
