The ease and time it took to complete the process.
Since this was accomplished long distance the paperwork needed to be complied and sent in a manner that made it easy to access and work with.
The closing was seamless and the staff that worked with us was helpful and knowledgeable.
First State has been my bank for at least 30 years I wouldn’t go anywhere else I am very pleased with the personalized service I receive there.
Don was very laid back and easy to deal with. He made a stressful process a lot more clear.
