My experience was great. They are very personable and are direct about answering questions. The fact they have a 5 year guarantee if interest rates go down to lower interest is awesome. I have a VA guarantee and we closed within 30 days.

Should have been able to offer more accurate info throughout this process. I believe we were delayed when we did not have to be.

I would definitely have enjoyed having human face to face interaction at some point in the process.
