Megan is amazing to work with. She's an atypical loan officer. Super skillful; she thinks outside of the box and communicates effectively with all parties. I thoroughly enjoyed working her.

Having to constantly follow up for any updates on the process, taking a month and a half to complete. Being told that my processor "got behind" with a sale and that's why my file was shoved off a week. Sent wrong emails ect. Was not an enjoyable...
