Kari really made it great. There were some delays and communication issues with the appraiser and the appraisal review that delayed closing. That was less than great but overall the experience was still great because Kari was patient and communicative...

Kari was the best after dealing with 2 previous individuals that were not accessible she was part of the reason I stayed and not look for another lender and Grace was great as well Teamwork at its best
